The soft jingle bell sound delights baby without the loud annoying noise that most rattles have and no worries about baby getting hit in the head with hard plastic. The clown rattle is an old American Heritage pattern revised for improvements. My durable clown rattle was originally designed for my oldest son - over 29 years of baby testing.
